Eine Führungspersönlichkeit schafft eine Teamidentität und Aufbruchstimmung. Eine Führungspersönlichkeit strahlt Souveränität aus. Eine Führungspersönlichkeit kommuniziert lösungsorientiert. Eine Führungspersönlichkeit macht jedes Teammitglied besser.
Trifft es ziemlich gut. Hoffen wir, dass er die Champions League wuppt, damit er etwas positives hinterlässt.

Kimmichs Anspruch ist es Chef zu sein. Seine Ausstrahlung reicht aber nicht mal für Chefchen. Das wird er aber nicht einsehen. Deshalb muss er gehen. Er würde in der Mannschaft dauerhaft ein Unruheherd bleiben, weil er selber einen Führungsanspruch für sich reklamiert.
