Es wartet eine schwierige Aufgabe auf den FSV, es geht nach Magdeburg, wo die gegen Mainz erfolgreich begonnene Mission Klassenerhalt fortgesetzt werden soll. Ähnlich wie Zwickau verlief auch die Wintervorbereitung der Magdeburger alles andere als optimal, noch dazu kommt es zu einem Teilausschluss der Fans. Die Möglichkeiten einen Punkt mitzunehmen sind durchaus gegeben, wenn die Mannschaft wieder hochkonzentriert in der Abwehr auftritt.
